Refunds for Online Programs:
You may withdraw from an online program at any time. However, once logged in, no refunds will be provided. Lifetime access is granted after joining a course/program, but registrants may be removed if policies are violated.

Refunds for Workshops/Retreats:
All sales for workshops/retreats are final. For inquiries, please email susy.quental@susyquental.com. Once training recordings are posted, lifetime access is granted, but participants may be removed if policies are abused.

Refunds for Coaching:
Clients must join the Zoom session at the scheduled time. If the client is more than 10 minutes late, the session will be considered canceled, and a 50% refund of the session fee will be issued.

Cancellations & Reschedules:
Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours before the appointment. If canceled or rescheduled later, a 50% refund will be issued, and a new session will need to be booked. For monthly package cancellations, requests will be handled individually. Use the Calendly link or email susy.quental@susyquental.com to reschedule or cancel.
